J.A.M. Sunglasses: Couture Eyewear

I received a tweet from Stylist to the Stars Mr. Joe Exclusive (I had the pleasure of meeting him during NYFW) and there was a twitpic of one of the above pictured glasses. After seeing these it became evident that fashion and creativity knows no boundaries. I knew right away I had to check out the website and see what other creations would capture me. Designer Monique Dass initially debuted J.A.M. Sunglasses in August 2010 and for a recent launch I am speechless. J.A.M. Sunglasses named after her mother (Justina), sister ( Akeela) and herself (Monique) are sure to have heads turning and mouths drooling. The best part of it all is most of the glasses are UNISEX. If you dare to be different than these are for you. My faves are the Haute Couture, a mixture of femininity and boldness .....Check out more of J.A.M. Sunglasses here. Thoughts Lovies?

I have had many people ask me: What is a Fashion Stylist? Several have mistaken or compared the role of a Fashion Stylist to that of a Fashion Designer. The two differ tremendously, so I thought it would be best to give you some insight into the world of Styling. I am a Fashion Stylist/Image Consultant and have been for the past year. Although Designers and Stylist work together on a daily basis they are not one in the same.

Fashion News: Brad Goreski and Rachel Zoe Part Ways

In the words of Celebrity Stylist Rachel Zoe "Shut the front door"!!! Brad Goreski and Rachel Zoe have decided to "amicably" part ways. Goreski's (who is the Style Director at Rachel Zoe Inc.) last day is reportedly October 1st. Now that all of that is out the way lets get to the tea, honey.....Brad is Ultra FAB! From watching "The Rachel Zoe Projec I am a part of TEAM BRAD, although I do love Rachel. Goreski, 33 sat down with People Magazine and had this to say: "I love Rachel and she's taught me everything I know, but there's a point where either I do it now or I'll never know what it's like to spread my wings and soar. I hope she'll continue to teach me more and more," he added. ((Insert Tear Here))...It has been reported that Rachel Zoe has been upset lately due to Brad's rise to fame and popularity (sitting front row at Fashion Week and excusive invites to A-List functions). Whatever the reason for the split I remain a member of Team Brad. I expect nothing but greatness from him, not only because of his eye for fashion but more importantly his humbleness. Formichetti as new Parisian Creative Director

Does the name Lady Gaga sound familiar? Well if that name doesn't ring a bell than you have been living under a rock for quite sometime. We all have debated over the many looks of Ms. Gaga but one thing is for certain SHE IS FASHION! There are not many people that I can say I gag over due to their sickening fashion choices....All of her many looks are compliments of Mr. Nicola Formichetti. 33 year old Formichetti (@Formichetti via twitter) who is Fashion Director with Vogue Hommes Japan has now been named Creative Director for Thierry Mugler women's and menswear. Formichetti, will begin with the fall-winter 2011-2012 collections. Congrats!!!!!!!!!!
