Trend Alert: Winter White

This season many designers decided to break the rules. One Fashion directive that has been instilled in every girl or women is you cannot wear white after Labor Day. This year there was no such thing on the runway. In order to make sure you are wearing your winter white as fab as possible here are a few wardrobe ideas to consider:

Go for a deeper, creamy, or bluish white
Use the proper fabric (flannel, wool or a thicker cotton vs. linen which is for summer months)
Nudes are the most obvious color to pair when wearing white but to spice up your outfit opt for color
Dare to wear white to a semi-formal or formal event
Do not be afraid of a white pants suit

Both Kerry Washington and Lala Vasquez lit up the red carpet with their spring dresses. Kerry opted for a Gucci mini dress from the Spring 2011 line and Lala decided to have a fit custom made. These ladies hands down were the "it" factors on the carpet.

One of P & Co.'s Magnificent Men (who is also Newly signed, New York Knicks NBA Player) Carmelo Anthony arrived to the T-Mobile Magenta Carpet at the 2011 NBA All-Star Game on February 20, 2011 in Los Angeles, California. Melo was seen wearing a green Burberry Prorsum trench coat from the Spring 2011 Collection. He looks GREAT!!!!!!!!!! What are your thoughts Lovies?

One of our favorite Marvelous Misses Lala Vasquez attended the ESPN Magazine Party and looked absolutely FAB. She wore a Vintage Christian Lacroix Mini Bodycon Dress. Not only is she one of the most hottest woman on the planet she is also newly married, has a reality show of her own hitting the airwaves this Sunday on VH1 and has solidified her space in show business. Sassy Stylish Shoe: Christian Louboutin

Besties Khloe Kardashian and Lala Vasquez sported the same Christian Louboutin Miss Fast Plato - Leopard Bootie (priced at $1,095). Lala opted for Balenciaga sunglasses, white skinny jeans and blazer while Mrs. Odom chose army green skinny jeans with matching clutch. I am a fan of both looks and the shoe. It wasnt until this year that I began to like animal print and this shoe is adding to the lust.

I watched the BET Awards last night and to be honest I wasnt impressed....but I never am (with this award show). So instead of posting the many fails of the night I will show you my red carpet faves (and two of the worst dressed). Enjoy....
