Blake lively looked stunning in Marchesa at her premiere of "The Private Lives Of Pippa Lee". I love this look on her from the plunging neck line to the fairy tale like bow. I adore a plunging neckline if its done right, and Blake did it well! Paired with short black shorts and white patent leather shoes she definitely receives the WAIVERRRRRRRRRR award of the night.
